Outings with Timberwood Lodge Assisted Living
Timberwood Lodge staff and residents likes to have fun! One of the more special resources that we have on campus is a wheelchair-accessible bus that can take our residents to various different outings. Facility staff takes residents out to eat bi-monthly. We have visited restaurants/establishments such as the Elks Lodge, Funks Pub, Benvinitos Italian Restaurant, Palenque Mexican Restaurant, and Cold Stone Creamery.
Other outings that the facility has done is trips to Wisconsin Dells for the Tommy Bartlett show, Boat rides on Lake Monona, and driving through Madison’s Holiday Fantasy in Lights (put on during the Christmas season). If you admit as a resident at Timberwood Lodge Assisted Living, one of the very first questions we’ll ask is, “where should we go next?”
