Jim and Vicki Bachmann, Owners
Jim and Vicki Bachmann bought Timberwood Lodge in 2016 with hopes to serve the community. Jim graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Business Administration, and Vicki graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Occupational Therapy. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family and fishing. They currently have five grandchildren (one was born since the picture below was taken) – keep an eye out for them at the lodge!
Jeremy Wiese, AdministratorÂ
Jeremy holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. He has spent over 15 years in the social services field helping at risk male youth, the developmentally disabled, and the elderly population. He has been Administration of community based residential facilities for over three years, and has worked at Timberwood Lodge since August of 2021. In his spare time, he enjoys weight lifting and reading historical biography’s. Jeanmari Speer, Registered Nurse
Jeanmari Speer has worked in long-term care facilities for decades and has a passion to ensure her patients/residents are receiving the best quality of care available. Collaborating with the administrator, Jeanmari oversees the clinical operations of the facility and is available to do a wide variety of nursing procedures that a resident may require under Timberwood Lodge’s care.
