Jim Bachmann – Owner

Jim Bachmann established Timberwood Lodge to serve the needs of Madison and Lake Mills by providing Assisted Living and Memory Care Services. Jim graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in Business Administration, and owned a separate business for 35 years.  He currently has five grandchildren and loves spending time with them.   Keep an eye out for them at the lodge! Jeremy Wiese, Administrator 

Jeremy holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. He has spent over 15 years in the social services field helping at risk male youth, the developmentally disabled, and the elderly population. He has been an Administrator of community based residential facilities for over six years, and has worked at Timberwood Lodge since August of 2021. In his spare time, he enjoys weight lifting and reading historical biography’s. Mariah Carey, Assistant Administrator

Mariah Carey has a bachelor’s degree in finance from UW- Milwaukee. She has worked in assisted living and memory care for 10 years. She started as a dining assistant and worked her way up, to Resident care coordinator at her previous facility. She started working at Timberwood Lodge in April of 2022. She lives in Johnson Creek with her husband Ryan and their black lab Shadow. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and golfing with her husband. You can reach her at Mariah@timberwoodlodge.com
